		<description>Congrats on biking to work.  I wish I could, but it’s way to far with very little shoulder and New Jerseyians get an insurance deduction if they hit a biker.

Another thing on the helmet, the better helmet makers will give you a new one for free if wreck your bike and crack the helmet.  Just send it back to them with a little note on how it saved your life and they’ll send you new one.  I learned that one the hard way.</description>
