28 years later and it’s still creepy…

Posted by: Justin In: Don't Label Me!

Sorry, Internets.  Still too damn hot for Our Hero to pretend he can write anything amusing today. With a forecast in that 100-105 degree range, I’m lucky I can still breath much less post.

Instead, I give you this image, one that’s made me chuckle to myself every time I’ve seen or thought about it since I ran across it on the Basketbawful website a few days ago:

Oh, Luke.  You made me realize that, sometimes, being the pansy and losing the girl to the Bad Boy can really pay off in the end.

And quick side note…  If you’re a basketball fan in the slightest, you really should do yourself a favor and add the Basketbawful feed to your blog crack list.  Great stuff there consistently.

That’s pretty funny.

Speaking of basketball, I’ve never been a big NBA fan but I’ve been enjoying the hell out of the Olympic version of hoops. The international game just seems so much faster and defense-oriented.

And that concludes the most I’ve ever typed about one of my least favorite sports.

Luke was my first love. Also the only time that I’ve ever fancied a blonde.

I still would though. :-)

Crap I'm Reading

  • Arjewtino: I like how calm she sounds. That would just put me back to sleep.
  • mickey: It's great they sound an alarm but they don't yet know what for. Is this some new post-9/11 shit I haven't heard about? The terrorists have already
  • Maggie: Good god I hate Vegas - for so many reasons you've already covered. But I love The Wire and think perhaps it should elevate your category from "crap
